I can't believe tomorrow is two months since my little sister married the man of her dreams! I am so excited to finally be posting about their wedding!
*Warning: Picture overload! Professional photos by Caught You On Camera Photography. Others from my iPhone. (You'll be able to tell the difference! 😉) They did a beautiful job capturing her big day.
Kayla Beth and Jayce got married at Meadow Creek Farm, which was absolutely breathtaking. The ceremony was outside by the water and the reception was inside a beautiful, rustic barn.
They have a beautiful dressing area, which made getting ready so easy and fun! I loved wearing these soft, lightweight robes! They were part of our bridesmaids gifts from KB.
Helping my sister into her dress was one of my favorite parts of the entire day! I'd looked forward to this day for so long and seeing her all dolled up in her dress brought a wave of emotions. It was hard to accept that she's really big enough to be getting married. I used to dress her up like my life-size Barbie doll, how could I already be buttoning her into her wedding dress?
I loved the moment our Daddy came in and saw her in her dress for the first time. It was such a sweet moment!
As I stated in
this post, I love when the Mother of the bride gets to put the veil on the bride. This was a sweet, memorable moment as well.

I love this picture |

The most stunning bride I have ever seen! |
As for the flower girls...they were troopers. Sure they got fussy here and there, they weren't thrilled about taking pictures, and we were all very nervous they wouldn't make it down the aisle, but everything turned out fine. They made it down the aisle and they were adorable.

Raley LOVED her curls! This was the first time curling her hair with a curling iron |
|
Auntie was the only one to get this little one to smile |
|
Sweet little cousins |
Kayla Beth and Jayce did a first look before the ceremony. The pictures turned out so good and I know this was a sweet moment for the two of them!

That wedding hair! |

Her dress is just STUNNING! |
Beautiful bridal party and family pics!
|
Love this one! |
|
Audrey wasn't having any more pics! This is too sweet though! Addy got a matching dress, even though she didn't get to go down the aisle. |
KB wanted to recreate this picture that still hangs in our parents house from when we were younger
The ceremony was outside by the water and the aisle was under this gorgeous wooden arbor.
|
Beautiful arbor walkway |
My favorite part of a wedding ceremony is watching the groom as he sees his bride walk down the aisle. Jayce's reaction was perfect and his love for her is so evident.
|
Pure joy on her face! |
We were excited the little ones made it down the aisle! They looked so precious.
Our dad makes the best chocolate shakes so for Kayla Beth and Jayce's toast they asked him to make them milkshakes. Of course he said yes.
I was super nervous about making a toast, but I ended up making it through. So did Caitlin, KB's best friend and Maid of Honor. I am so very thankful for Caitlin and the wonderful friend she is to my sister.
|
I love everything about this! I love Cait kissing KB on the head, I love KB's smile and that she's holding on to her new husband. I just love it. |
There is a covered area behind the barn, which is where many people have their wedding ceremony. Since they had their ceremony outside they used this area to set up several games and a photo booth for guests to enjoy. Who says you can't have fun at a wedding without alcohol?
Kayla Beth designed her entire wedding decor and I loved how personal everything was. Her favorite Disney movie has always been Beauty and the Beast and there were little hints to her love of the movie throughout the reception.

Enchanted rose |

Beautiful vintage tea pot and cups on her cake table |
KB and Jayce both enjoy building puzzles together. Instead of a traditional guest book they had one of their engagement photos made into a puzzle and asked everyone to sign the back of a puzzle piece.
Their cakes were just beautiful! Jayce's groom's cake had a topper of the two of them decked out in their Alabama gear and was surrounded by Crimson Tide shakers, books and pictures. (Roll Tide!)
Several of our family members have been married in this particular week in June with dates ranging from June 16-23. It just so happens that Jayce's parents' anniversary is June 18! So Kayla Beth used an old window pane to create a tribute to this.
A few other beautiful details:

Kayla Beth hand painted this mirror to sit at the entrance of the wedding ceremony |

Beautiful bridal bouquet |
It was such a perfect day! It was such a beautiful celebration of love with friends and family.
I loved the back of our Vera Wang dresses! Probably my favorite bridesmaid's dress I've ever worn. I loved everything about it - the piece down the back, the bows, the pockets, the slit in the front which made it easy to walk, the sash! 😍
They ended the night with a sparkler send-off and rode off in this vintage car. So perfect!
Kayla Beth and Jayce, we love you both so much! Here's to two months down, forever to go!
Let's get social!
